Oakridge is excited to announce its next auction: an Asian Art & Antiques sale packed with an array of impressive lots of Chinese art from throughout history. Scheduled for August 14-15, 2021, this auction will feature over 450 lots separated into two sessions: Session 1 beginning at 10 am EDT on August 14th, and Session 2 beginning at 10 am EDT on August 15th.

Session 1: Boasting over 200 lots, Session 1 is packed with amazing lots of Chinese art dating from the Spring & Autumn period through to the modern day. There are beautiful carvings in all shapes, sizes, and types of jade, and delicate porcelains that are rare and highly sought after.

The highlight of the session is Lot 177, an exquisite blue and white porcelain vase depicting delicate lotus and vine tracery. The body features a deep, cobalt blue glaze on a soft white ground.
