July's Auction Results are In!
July 2021 auction of Antiques, Collectibles, Coins, & Jewelry
July Antiques, Collectibles, Coins, & Jewelry, July 24, 2021 Oakridge is excited to share the results of its July auction of Antiques, Collectibles, Coins, & Jewelry, which took place this past Saturday, July 24th. Although it was a bit of a smaller sale, our auctioneer, Ms. Jennifer Clary, kept up a swift pace, and we ended the day with a total realized price of over $100,000 USD. We hit a home run with our star lot, a baseball signed by Yankees legends Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig, which sold for an incredible $12,000 USD, more than double its high estimate. Our selection of music memorabilia also performed better than expected, including an original poster and handbill from Woodstock, which sold at a hammer price of $3,250 USD. However, one of our most unexpected sales of the day was a beautiful 80-piece porcelain tea set by Dresden, whose hammer price of $1,400 USD far outpaced its high estimate of $300 USD. On behalf of everyone at Oakridge, we would like to thank all of our bidders for participating in our auction. We look forward to having you join us again soon!
