Gorham Manufacturing Company (American, founded 1831) sterling silver, pattern A5005. All pieces feature a ribbed bottom and have the hallmark for Spaulding and Co. of Chicago, one of America's premiere jewelers of the late 19th century. Allpieces are monogrammed VP. Dimensions: pepper shaker- 5 1/4 inches tall X 2 1/4 inches wide; 13.3 cm tall X 5.7 cm wide. Weight: 156.2 grams (5 ozt). All measurements are approximate.
