A Chinese blanc de chine statue of a robed scholar dating from the 18th to the 19th centuries. The scholar is seated and features a 3-character mark to the reverse. Dimensions are: 2 1/2 inches tall X 2 inches wide, 6.3 cm tall X 5.1 cm wide. Allmeasurements are approximate.It is in good condition.From the estate of Mr. Kwok Woon Kun, formerly a shareholder of Wing On Company, a well-known department store group in Hong Kong and Shanghai.
