Oakridge Auction Gallery presents our Antiques, Collectibles, Advertising, Militaria, Toys, & Dolls Auction. This auction includes a diverse assortment of antiques, art, jewelry, advertising items, toys, and a selection of dolls from the Virginia S. Evans Doll Museum of South Hill, VA, as well as Asian vases, porcelain, and prints.

Jewelry: Taxco and mid-century modern items, a fine gold and amethyst intaglio pendant, gold and silver rings, necklaces, and bracelets, 14K gold and diamond Baume & Mercier watch, and fine and decorative sterling silver pieces.

Fine and decorative art: Hideaki Miyamura (Japanese/American) glazed vase, drawings from Joseph Stella, Michael Garmin city-scape shadowbox, Red Skelton original art and lithographs, and Akiko Sugiyama paper sculptures.

Native American art: Robert Chee, Raymond, Naha, Andrew Tsinajinnie, Pablita Velarde, sculptures from Matthew Panana, and several First Nations soapstone carvings. 

Photographia: archive of Signed Frederick Bushnell Photographs, a William Masters Abraham Lincoln albumen photograph, and others.

Historical and Military pieces: fresh to the market inscribed, signed photo of President John F. Kennedy to General Paul A. Gavan, previously unknown silver gelatin image of Elvis Presley in uniform from the Gavan estate, cigar box owned by Carlos P Romulo, US military medals, patches, aviators’ wings, Civil War photos, Confederate buttons, original 1930s Wayne Davis watercolors of US military planes, and an original WWI US Marines recruiting poster with art by Howard Chandler Christie.

Advertising: Stock Little Tavern Burger rooftop sign along with other Little Tavern pieces, working Cavalier CS-72 Coke machine, shoeshine stand from the Leland Hotel (Edwardsville, IL) barbershop.

Sports memorabilia: 1949 NY Yankees signed team baseball with Joe DiMaggio and 34 other teammates, and original oil painting of Roberto Clemente by Jim Trusillo, commissioned by the Baseball Hall of Fame.

Rounding out the sale is a selection of dolls from the Virginia S. Evans Doll Museum of South Hill, VA, tin toys, comic pieces, and more.

The auction takes place in our gallery at 44675 Cape Ct. #171 Ashburn, VA 20147 at 10:00 AM EST on November 17th. Preview is Wednesday Nov 14th through Friday Nov 16th, from 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
